Sales Executive

Sales executives up to £23k DOE + commission

We’re Redactive. We create and commercialise brilliantly effective magazines, digital solutions and events for the likes of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Federation of Small Businesses, National Trust, Association of Project Managers and the Chartered Insurance Institute.

We are looking to recruit three new sales executives to join its incredibly busy team.  We are looking for tenacious individuals who can grow our platforms in niche markets by selling innovative and creative advertising solutions.

Working as part of a team, but with individual responsibilities you will be expected to generate revenue across various channels. Redactive’s titles offer advertisers a unique opportunity to effectively reach specific audiences within our niche markets.

You will be responsible for growing revenue both from existing advertiser accounts and through developing new business. This will be achieved primarily via effective outgoing sales calls, as well as attending face to face sales meetings as appropriate.

Using tenacity, excellent organisation skills and flexibility you will be responsible for the advertising and specialist projects and features on specific titles run by Redactive.

The role will involve:

  • Selling print and digital solutions - over the telephone and in person
  • Conducting face to face meetings with key clientsand agencies
  • Maintaining existing client relationships whilst seeking out new ones
  • Developing new commercial opportunities and revenue streams

You will:

  • Have some previous sales experience
  • Be confident and have an articulate and intelligent sales technique
  • Be able to sell to a wide range of clients up to director level
  • Be able to work autonomously and to create new commercial opportunities
  • Have a strong work ethic and determination to succeed
