Media Sales Executive

The Candidate

We are looking for a hunter, somebody who will seek out new business and negotiate effectively to exceed their targets. You will be proactive and entrepreneurial, sourcing business from existing prospects and our extensive database of industry contacts.

We have a variety of levels in our sales team, from entry level, experienced and senior so sales experience isn’t always essential as our extensive training and induction programs provide continual opportunities to learn and grow.  We also look for experienced and senior sales professionals who are able to hit the ground running and are goal-driven, with a professional attitude, great listening skills, resilience and a passion to learn.

The Role

Through a blend of prospecting, responding to warm leads and growing existing clients, all our sales team source new business from both existing industry contacts and active new business prospects. From day one we expect you to proactively target decision makers to build relationships and sell them into our portfolio of clients and products. Each member of the sales team becomes an expert in their markets and titles which enables us to effectively sell to, manage and grow clients, by best understanding the markets they need to reach and recommending the best solutions to achieve this.

Positions on the Redactive sales team are those where you’re able to be master of your own destiny. Immersing yourself within your market, to become a high-performing sales professional with progression opportunities.

  • We offer competitive salaries plus commission.
  • Redactive offers a generous annual holiday entitlement of 25 days, rising to 28 days after 2 years service.
